Dropped off vbm e61 to have the microswitch replaced and a service (its an older machine, but has always been 100% reliable). Upon getting the machine home, it trips the RCD (tried two circuits, at home and the office).Was so upset that I put the machine aside for 3 months, then tried it again today to make sure it wasn't intermittent, but nope, since the service it just doesn't work.Rang up again to see if they had some ideas before I took it back to them, and got a told from the tech on the phone that it's an older machine and so it's expected to be breaking down. I understand it's an older machine, but it worked when I dropped it off, and now it trips the RCD after a few minutes.Will take it somewhere else for the followup repair. :(

My grinder blew up (literally...) I searched around for a retail site that actually had stock and where I thought I could talk to someone about what was good nowadays (my last one lasted 20 years +). I was not disappointed at this place. Very knowledgeable and helpful service, amazing range. No other place in Wellington offered this. Great purchase - very happy with it.

Recently had my 20+ year old Rocket espresso machine serviced by Toni at the Ninjas. She did an amazing job, called me about a couple things prior to proceeding and got it back just in time for the weekend! My machine is now purring like a wee kitten - oh and it's super shiny too as they gave it a proper polish. Thanks team!

We have used them now for a few years to service our Rocket. Always predictable and high quality. We shopped around to see if we could find a cheaper place to get the service and we did but it was never up to the same quality. You pay for what you get. Busy place and often a wait for a return but that's because they are the best in town. 5 stars. Also great advice and an amazing selection of machines and accessories.

Received our coffee machine back from Espresso Ninja following a full service, only to find a small electrical issue. Espresso Ninja worked with us to get machine back to Wellington and completed the necessary work to have it up and running and couriered back to us. We really appreciated the extra efforts they went to resolve the issue and would recommend their excellent service.
