Have shopped at this place plenty of times, although I prefer the Wairau location, I never had any problems till today. Picked up a toolpro tool chest that I found to be dented and damaged later when I unpacked it at my workplace. Talked to James one of the managers to work it out, but he was very unhelpful. I was friendly and polite but he didn't want to help out.

Very disappointed from the staff who works at this branch, went this afternoon and they said we don’t stock any type of syringes for fluids. My mate went an hour later and it was right on the shelf, on special.I have insisted earlier and asked both staff at the front counter if they are sure they don’t stock it, they said no we don’t stock it.I have attached the photos for your staff incase if they haven’t seen this before.I will never shop from this branch again.

Really terrible. Ordered and was asked to wait. Was told it would be done at the end of the day as they were really busy. I was nice and agreed. Halfway through the next day called only to be told they were too busy talking money from other customers and it MIGHT be the end of day 2. Really needed this. Their solution: forget about just filling the order, give me my money back! This was not a click and collect, I was in the store and they bumped others in front of me. Once you have paid for something, beware.
