Rented off this crowd for 2 years.Unrealistic expectations of tenants, complained about toys on the floor of our 3 year olds bedroom, 3 inspections in a row they never opened the garage, yet managed to find an oil stain on the floor.Tenancy agreement states that the tenants are not to touch the hedges, yet they complain that the hedges are over grown.If you rent off this crowd, do not expect your bond back. Do not even waste your own money cleaning the place when you move out.If you would like a good experience with them, rent the property, but don't live there.

I have just moved into a new rental house with Ray White in Rolleston. This is my first time renting with this company and I was absolutely blown away with the help and support we received getting set up and signing the paperwork. Everything has been easy and left us with no pondering questions. Ashleigh Clutterbuck, our property manager, has been wonderful through the last few weeks and I really look forward to a good future as a Ray White tenant :) 5 stars!!!!

I have been with McPherson Property Management for almost 1 year now and during each inspection I have found the team to have the utmost respect and professionalism . I have had nothing but quick and immediate action when required through any problems i have had with renting this property . I have absolutely no complaints with the McPherson team and I would not hesitate in recommending them to all of my family and friend's .
