10/10! I’ve always had a fantastic experience with the Hairdresser Milford. Not only is the Hairdresser Milford very consistent and knowledgeable about hair in general. The Hairdresser Milford provides great pricing and fantastic customer service. I tell all my family and friends to go to the Hairdresser Milford whenever they're in Auckland because you can never go wrong with them!

I had visited this salon a couple of times before and the service had been good. This week I was very disappointed in the service. The hairdresser (Jaqui) put the color in my hair and completely ignored me after putting the color. She made me sit in another area of ​​the salon while she received another client. From where she was, she asked another person to wash my hair. The lady didn't know very well what she was doing I could feel the water running down my face so I asked for a towel... A disaster. Then Jaqui asked her to continue with me. She put so much cream on my hair that my hair was stiff and I had to get home to wash it to feel my hair again. I looked like a wet dog when I came out of the salon. I found it so disrespectful that I was not given the service I deserved. If the hairdresser has double bookings or does not have the time to serve you, they should clarify it at the time of booking. A horrible experience.

Love, love, love my visits to The Hairdresser! Consistently pleased with all of their services and happily recommend them to others. Michelle’s attention to detail when cutting my hair is always appreciated, as is her warmth and professional manner. Sarah is fabulous with all things colour and is very professional and courteous at all times!

I went to Mariam Elyas to get my long hair highlighted blonde and foiled. I’m over on holiday from the U.K. Mariam did a great job on my colour I’m so happy with it! She’s actually even better than my own hairdresser in the U.K.The salon was super friendly too, I definitely recommend .

I've been going to Michelle for haircuts, styling, and colouring for years and every experience has been excellent! Michelle never rushes consultations, so you feel like your hair is in the best care.The products and treatments offered by The Hairdresser Milford & Mairangi Bay are high quality, and the team is friendly and professional (the coffee and chocolates are a lovely touch too!). Would highly recommend this salon :)
