Rob of Auckland Aerials was an absolutely professional and great installer. He was very prompt in contacting me back for an enquiry on a job and he was able to give me a fair quote. The installation finished in about hour and he charged a fair price. He showed great customer service, was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable at diagnosing the problem. If you need someone to sort out your aerial problems I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. He is the man for the job!

Rob has installed a tv aerial for us on our two storey home and later on moved the cables to another location in the lounge. He has great communication, and was friendly, affordable and efficient both times.

Rob is an exceptional service provider and communicator. His remark about how were we getting snow on digital" made me laugh as the original installers of our TV aerial/TV connector plugs and wall plates advised us this was the best signal possible. 10 years later we have crisp images to enjoy in all areas of our home. Our only regret is that we did not heed Rob's advice to reposition the aerial in a protected and discreet position on the house which would have been more visually appealing."
