We did not have an advance appointment and he gave priority to our urgent needsHe was skilled, personable, professional and efficient in the way he repaired the problem areas.We would have no hesitation in recommending him for any auto electrical issues and wish him every success with his business in the future .

Superb service. We were stuck in Te Anau because of a problem with battery charging. Ben drove us back to the town center and picked us up again after the repairs were done. We got our van back earlier than expected and the problem did not reocurr. Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding service. We had a very unexpected wiring problem with connecting our caravan to our vehicle and we were really worried when our dash lights lit up! We called in unexpectedly to Killeen Auto Electrical Te Anau and sought help from Ben. He dropped what he was doing and sorted our problems, which turned out to be lengthy. He was able to source the problem and fix it. He also rang ahead to Te Anau Auto Services to get our diagnostics on the vehicle tested. Ben’s rate was very reasonable, considering the length of time spent and the disruption to his day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. A throughly nice guy. We can’t thank you enough. All the lights are now working well on the caravan and the diagnostics on the vehicle were ok. Huge relief. The problem was the tow bar, which had been wired incorrectly by a certified workshop in Alexandra! Thanks again Ben. Awesome person and incredible customer service. 100% recommend.
