Awesome understanding of post baby bodies and how to rehab them. Great physios. Excellent pilates classes, especially Mums and Bubs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A fabulous resource for Pukekohe.

Thankyou to the wonderful physios at Parent Health Haven. Both Katie and Mel have treated my knee and given me good advice re ongoing exercises to assist my rehabilitation. Their knowledgeable, kind, caring and positive attitudes are giving me the confidence and push I need to ensure I follow through to achieve my painfree goals. I would thoroughly recommend the entire team who have a warm and welcoming aproach from the moment you walk through the door.

I have been doing the mums and bubs Pilates reformer classes here for a few months now and I’m loving them! I can feel myself getting stronger and wish I had done the same after my last post natal periods. Chelsie is a great instructor and Ashleigh is amazing with the babies. It’s great that Pukekohe has this little gem.

I've been going regularly to a mum's and bub's palates class since my son was 8 weeks old. The entire team at Parents Health Haven are absolutely amazing at what they do, are fantastic at sharing tools and lifting confidence to empower my post-partum body (and tired mind for that matter!) Additionally having a friendly safe place were I can bring my little people in order to have some me time is defiantly a cherry on top. Cannot recommend Parents Health Haven enough. Thanks team for all that you bring to the community!

I have been attending pilates reformer classes for over 12 months now and have had a number of physio treatments for work injuries. Mel and Simon and the team have a highly professional approach and I am totally satisfied with the recovery I have made in all areas.
