I have used UDC 3x in the past (1999, 2005, 2017) , fine on those occasions.This time around was so bad I was thinking about cancelling my application for the finance, which would have also effected the vendor (car seller).Nearly 3 weeks later and finally approved. Gave us wrong interest rate, informed them via email and on phone, but still wrong on documentation. Had to constantly chase them up nearly every day, same excuses every day.Their online document system Bud is an absolute joke.Too much hassle and stress for just $18K, even when I'm in better financial situation than in the past. Will NEVER use UDC again and I'll will be going with a top up on mortgage or a bank loan in the future.

However , I found myself working with a professional team who worked efficiently and effectively to help me navigate this, (in my view), complex space. UDC are excellent. Very professional, organised, fast. I've used them a few times. Definitely recommend. Emily Coughlan was not only professional, fast, bright, efficient, but also went out of her way to ensure everything got done in time when the vehicle provider suddenly moved forward the times by a week.

A very Horrible experience. We have been trying to get the correct loan amount sorted so the loan can be paid off and settled for our disabled family member. However, the company is constantly discriminating against him since he became disabled. And wrong and incomplete information is given to third parties defying all the laws in the legislation.When complaints are emailed to this company, they don't even respond or correct their past actions.Instead some of the staff take up a bullying tone and pretend the complainant doesn't exist.After being with this company since 2004, this was not expected.

High interest rates and terrible customer service. If you want your car financed go straight to your bank or look somewhere else or you will end up wasting your precious time waiting for them to give you updates.
