When my Nissan Civilian Camper clutch seals failed rendering my vehicle unusable, Ethan and his team diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and remedied it at extremely short notice helping me with my accommodation difficulties by ferrying the camper to and from a camp ground thus enabling me to use it till the work was completed. This mōrena the 'battery not charging' warning light came up on the dash. Concerned as was leaving tomorrow to head to Wanaka on the journey north back to the North Motū.I called in at Arrow Autonotive and spoke with the owner (apologies I neglected to get your name). He had a ka pai look and confirmed the diagnosis and said the alternator would need replacing (after 320,000km, I'd need a few bits replacing too).The bad news was that he was not in a position to do it. I explained my circumstances and he immediately got on the phone. He then told me to go to Central 4WD and speak with Karl who would look at it. They specialize in all things Landrover and having a Range Rover Sport would be the ideal Team to look at it.Although Arrow Atuomotive didn't work on the vehicle, there Customer Service was excellent. I would certainly use them if I was back in Queenstown and have kao hesitation in recommending them.

Great service and the staff are so helpful

Initially the customer service seemed great, booked in the car quickly and had good communication. However that is where the positive experience ended and unfortunately rapidly declined.The car went in for a broken radio and reverse camera, took them two hours to tell me the wires were fine and the head unit needed replacing, this information cost me $200. They told me the best thing to do was buy a double din radio and that it would take 3+ hours to fit, Meaning the entire job would likely cost over 500 (not including the new unit cost). Not knowing any better I accepted this, went to purchase the new radio and drop it into them. Upon arriving to drop it off, I noticed damage to the exterior of the car that was not previously there. I questioned it and the owner Bill came out and was extremely aggressive and refused to accept any responsibility and told me its my problem to sort out. I also noticed a panel now missing from the head unit, they also denied any responsibility for. This is the point I decided I no longer wanted to give them my business, as I now have more issues and cost to the vehicle than it went in with. Since contacting other mechanics I have been quoted far less for the entire installation and repairs than Arrow Automotive's 'diagnostic costs' I have also been told that the assessment and diagnostics only takes half an hour at max for my particular vehicle.I was really disappointing with the experience and would never use them again.
