I am so amazed and grateful with the customer service I received at te Rapa Noel leemings yesterday. Donna, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Your customer service, bright attitude and smile made the process and excitement of my purchase a top notch experience. The fact you went out of your way to help was so appreciated. I was stressing with having to search every store in Rotorua and most in Hamilton for my new phone and you just made everything a breeze. It was so lovely to meet you, and thankyou so much. Noel leemings is lucky to have you.

UPDATE: This was resolved in the end, once it got to the store level, things went a lot smoother. A shame to have had to go through such difficulties for assistance.ORIGINAL: If you are hoping to buy from a retailer who will stand by a product warranty and the consumer guarantees act should the need arise, don't pick Noel Leeming! First time using this store this morning to pick up online order. Stood for 10 minutes at front desk where a male staff member slouched on the desk reading something on his phone and proceeded to ignore me. A staff member in training came along and offered to help. She was professional and friendly and I think this store needs more staff of her calibre!!Because of the unprofessional behaviour of your male staff member I have given a one star otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

I have received the worst customer service ever from noel leeming the base in hamilton, the staff lacked training, did not know even basic facts, and the manager was rude and unprofessional.

Beware and read the reviews for this company! This has been the worst experience. Over 1.5months to get a dryer repaired and 16 staff members 9 emails and over 7 phone calls all to be told to contact the repair agent or laughed at for asking for a refund when the product could not be repaired in a timely manner. During this experience I have been told I did not have a warranty by a customer care team leader, to deal with the repair agent directly, that 6 to 8 weeks is a normal timeframe awaiting parts and perfectly legal, laughed at in store, 1 week waiting for a complaint to be acknowledged by the management team, no way of raising a formal complaint through their website. This all appears to be actions to avoid their responsibilities under the consumer guarantees act.I also confirmed there is no person who can authorize a refund in store on the weekend in Hamilton. In short they will take your money but good luck getting it back. We feel we have no choice but to progress with legal action just to hold this company responsible for their behaviour.

Apart from very average service, I thought they were reasonable but everything seems to fall apart from this store. I brought eufy camera from JBHifi better value, then added the camera lights and sensor lights from the Lemmings. After paying technicians to put them up, they didn't work! Had to uninstall. No apology from Lemmings. Brought a GT watch just before Christmas and a small bump on frame and the glass/plastic cracked! Terrible quality. No decent watch would do that! Took it back, and they sent it away but didn't cover in warranty and then wanted money just to assess it! Buy elsewhere like Harvey Norman, much better support. Never had to pay for an assessment fee. They stand by their products. Better service.

I came to this store at 3:35 pm on Monday, I couldn't see a single staff to assist customers . There were 3-4 staff standing at the cash counters and that's all !!I could see atleast 10-12 customers on the floor but no one to check them !!Mangement needs to work out on their staff deployment !!

Manager here is absolutely amazing and so are the crew that work. Best customer service and have everything you need at amazing prices. Go check them out.
