burger was average, the fries were really undercooked, tables were sticky and weren’t wiped down. my number was just called out the food was dumped on the counter then the server walked away, no manners at all. don’t think i’ll be coming back

The food was good the first time I came about three months ago. Since then it’s been nothing but a let down. The chicken has been oily and burnt. The burgers are usually okay but tonight were covered in grease. The fries are always stale and bland. The only good part of my meal was the drink, 5 stars for the drink selection and nothing else.However. For the first time in fast food history. The food came out fast.

Amazing food and quality! However the price is quite expensive I would not recommend it if you are on a low budget, the staff there is so friendly. When my burger arrived it looked exactly like a commercial! The drinks were amazing but the fries were a bit soggy with the sauce. Overall I had a fantastic time there and I would go there again.

What a place.!. Bad service from the start. Mediocre burger, cold hard fries that were basically inedible. Disgusting sauce. And all at an outrageous price. What more could you want ?Bought the fries and cost to the young man's attention. An apology with a smile does not work. He didn't give a rats a___. Horrible experience.

Great tasting burger, fresh ingredients and the pattie was good quality and well cooked. The sauce was great and made the burger very easy to eat, no dry nastiness here. Fries were slightly oily but well seasoned and light. I like that they have a small menu, it means they can do a few things really well. The price was fine, more than happy to pay for good quality and this was a lot nicer than other gourmet" burger places.This was definitely a better burger and one of the best I've had in a while in NZ."

Really very very dissapointing - ordered one mushroom burger and another mushroom burger with cheese only to find no cheese on one and no burger on the other. three mingy pieces of fried dried mushrooms." Charged $37.00 for the two burgers with chips (very small portion) and drinks. We were going to McDonalds but thought we'd try you out - NEVER AGAIN!! and what an absolute Rip Off!! Please note :- Wikipedia - refers to a hamburger

The burger tasted amazing and fast service but the fries were burnt and had smelt a bit of old oil(?). 3 stars… fries are the life of a burger combo…

Really sad cheeseburger. Definitely not worth $10. Didn’t even have onions. The smallest meat patty as well. Fries had good salt on it but tasted of old oil for some reason. Our first time trying it out… definitely won’t be back. Mostly upset with the cheeseburger. Why no onions ?
