I went to drive throu and when I reached home checked my food. There was missing items and I went back to get my right order and staff says it's not our problem. I'm wondering whose problem is that then, I paid for my food I have right to get my correct order. Very poor customer service, food was cold. Will not recommend.

Was honestly amazed for once, usually the chicken is cold or dry and the chips are cold but no no no chicken was hot as well as the chips the music was up and alive and the lady who served me had amazing communication skills I would definitely be going back if that crew was there 247!!

Used the drive-through the chicken is always yummy and nicely cooked portions.I drive from Onehunga as the ones in my area are not that nice. Fresh and Tasty

Completey dissapointed in my meals and the lack of effort put into making them. The prices are sky high and rising, yet the meals presentation and freshness are disgusting. Seriously if your going to hire people that work in food at least put some love and thought into how you present them like actual salad in my burger like the pictures. I will never come back to this kfc.... Which by the way was not busy at all and nothing I specifically asked for was in the bag when I got home.

I feel like this is the c team in kfc. The staff is okay, but the food is mediocre and takes so long. It's cold when you get it. I've seen them run out of frenh fries seasoning and just keep serving it to us, not even salt to make up for it. Unless you're desperate, just avoid them.

Stopped in the drive thru today to see the colonel for some a wicked wing lunch meal and what a home run it was. The wicked wings were crispy and fresh and (at my request) the lovely lady loaded extra seasoning all over my fresh, hot fries.10/10 experience, definitely coming back for more.James Ashwin

Below average, very slow and ghetto KFC. The woman who takes drive through orders I suspect is a person who was hired for compassionate reasons. She has limited intelligence and needs to be told 4 times your order and then they still screw it up. Frequently get orders wrong, under cooked chicken and you always get wings with their ¼ packs. Always 5 or 6 cars waiting and always like 1990s wrecks with poor colourful" people."

We purchased a 3ps quarter pack in KFC Panmure via drive thru on 24 November，when we had last piece of chicken I found plenty of fly eggs on the chicken,there was most disgusting food I have never ever eaten before,so sick from this!!!we made a complaint at website straight away and until now no one contact me to figure out this problem ,luckily we’re not getting sick from this,but that was extremely disappointed! My family definitely won’t never back to this KFC again!

Great place, I went here and it took almost 30mins for my order to be ready. But it payed off in the end when the chicken was fresh.
