I chose reformer Pilates as after my two pregnancies that left my pelvis unstable and abdominal muscles needing extra support this felt like the right start to my journey. I'm so grateful I did as Fiona is patient and mindful of what my body can (and can't) do right now but challenges me in a supportive way. Her studio is private and calming so it's a wonderful time to focus on myself and my goals. My journey is a strength, mobility and mindfulness path so it's lovely to be doing it with Fiona.

As usual a superb massage. I was a client of Fiona when I lived in Blenheim. Missed her when I moved to Christchurch so was delighted when I heard she had also moved. Even though she's an hours drive from me, she is worth every minute of that drive. Fully recommend

I really enjoyed my 1 on 1 consultation and reformer pilates trial with Fiona. I was able to follow the rationale behind the routines she showed me and although a few moves were uncomfortable Fiona easily adapted them to help. Safe and fun! I am booked for classes.
