Awesome gym that keeps things fresh by mixing up the exercises and workout style daily plus they have boxing bags which are great for a little stress relief. Ash & Aaron are great group trainers and the general atmosphere is nice and friendly. Great value for money and after a bit over a month I'm definitely fitter, stronger and have gained lean muscle. Definitely give it a go!
