Just had the best customer service from Ashrat,he was efficient and chatty and I am so happy to be dealing with your company, I think I might have to change my broadband to you. Give that man a bonus, He is the epitome of how all NZers should be in customer service.

The manager Money and the young guy at the pay counter were awesome, but unable to give any stars to the other 2 staff who would rather chat between themselves than serve the other waiting customers. Very rude, they definitely need some customer service training.
