Nice friendly staff, typical BP prices being the highest around on the day

Wouldn't let me use the truck pumpwas the only gas station i used Over 10 yearsfirst time told no .truck pump has a better and faster flowalways do over a $100 fills.stick your truck pump New GUY9 Months still haven't been back.only go to mobil now they dont mind me doing $100 fillson there truck pump.

Visited this station got out went round the car got back round the other side of the car and locked it, just before going in to ask if I could have some one to fill my gas bottle. This women came out and yelled across the forecourt saying there was no one there that could fill it for me, I couldn't hear her properly as she was a distance from me and said excuse meSo she explained that the person who is certified to fill the bottles had gone at 2.00pm , it was 3.45pm . She and the other person were not certified. There was no sign saying you couldn't fill your bottle at this time. So I drove in off the road unloaded the bottle to then be told. How many others would this happen to. Why would you operate this kind of business without haven't someone available to do this. It's like opening a place that sells alcohol and waiting until customers get inside to tell them there's no one available with a liquor liscene so you can't have a drink.

Pleasant friendly staff, and good selection of food in their cafe. Prices we're good too considering the price of Petrol these days. Will definitely get a Steak and Pepper pie from here again!

I have been here 2 times in the past 3 months to fill an LPG tank. The first time they told me they didn't have anyone that could do it. So I ended up going to Mobil, where the staff and service were wonderful.I went back to BP's today as Mobil's was out of order. I was told that BP's was closed for the day as they had cleaning to do. What time did it close? 3pm, I was there at 3:30. I checked what time they close and it's 5:00pm on a Sunday. Supposedly they need 2 hours for their cleaning duties? Either they have too many cleaning duties or they just can't be bothered with customer service. I would really like to check with the owner if this is their policy or just their employees not wanting to help customers. One was cleaning the floor when I went in.On one other occasion I went to get fuel, and they refused to let me get fuel at 15 minutes to their closing time. I ended up figuring out that I could use my BP app and filled up that way. What kind of petrol station closes at 5pm on a Sunday anyways?Very poor customer service record from my experience.

Only went in and out to get a drink. It's a small, well organized space that I noticed was well cleaned.I also took advantage of their Bathroom Facilities and found them to be clean and well maintained.The Ladies at the counter were very down-to-earth. Kind and interactive with the Customers which is always a treat.I recommend this Service Station as a stop off and will make it a stop off of my own from now on.

Always lovely smiles and genuine nice people to assist you

We always fill up our car here before heading north. We have a large caravan and it is not always easy to maneuver in a gas station. We park out on the road as the pump reaches easily. Great staff, lovely fresh veggies.

Very neat inside. Staff were friendly.Fuel station itself can get cramped with all the cars, not very big.

please get your car wash fixed. its far better than the new one in kaitaia but like this morning it would not work.
