I have suffered with lower back and hip pain for such a long time now.I have tried physiotherapy and other massage therapists which have helped but not in the way Kirsten has helped me.She has found the real source of my pain through NeuroKinetic therapy and helped relieve it with massage also. I would thoroughly recommend Koru therapies for anyone who has any niggling injuries or ongoing pain. I have had ongoing pain in my ankles and neck due to injuries. Kirsten was able to isolate the cause of these issues and address the affected areas. She was also able to inform me of exercises and self treatment practices I could do that could help to alleviate ongoing pain in specific spots. Very professional my family and I will definitely using her in the future.

Kirsten is so knowledgeable about the body - her neurokinetic therapy is a must if you are suffering from chronic pain. I absolutely recommend Koru.A nagging shoulder pain lead me to seek help from Kirsten at Koru Therapies where I experienced dry needling for the first time . Kirsten made me feel very welcome right from the start , really listened to me and then explained everything about the dry needling in great detail which took away my queasiness and made me feel totally at ease.The procedure itself provided some immediate relief to my shoulder , which was nearly instant and a fantastic outcome .It felt as if Kirsten could read my body better than I can .I know where to go now for any future niggles ! Kirsten was amazing helping me methodically track down my sore hip. Having followed Neurokinetic Therapy online for some time, I was eager to see if it could help me given the apparent successful results with chronic / overuse type injuries I have been plagued by.
