Hamish recently helped me purchase and install a new soundbar for my TV, very happy with his service.

Boxing Day 2022 we bought a ‘Smart TV’ thinking we’d just plug it in it’ll do the rest. Late January, with a neighbour’s help, we got to view our regular channels via SKY. With little know-how we lacked confidence to use the new remote or to connect other devices, thereby missing out on optimum Internet capabilities. We came to learn of Hamish’s technical abilities, so early October sought his help and advice. He immediately came to our aid. Hamish is very professional and has a pleasent manner and gives you an honest qoute and he knows what he does, his experience and love for his job shows .Hamish explains in detail .He makes you feel at ease when voicing concerns and is happy to answer any questions .We will go back to him shall we have any tech trouble again .

Hamish provided excellent support for my husband & I when we bought a new laptop, he helped us transfer all our information from our old laptop to the new, and resolved a Microsoft issue we had. Will definitely call Hamish again when we need tech assistance.

My family in Omokoroa phoned me while I was work, they were in a panic as their internet & landline were not working. They'd tried phoning Spark who told them to reset the modem but it still wasn't working. I phoned Hamish Home Tech Help who phoned my family within minutes and arranged to do a WhatsApp video chat with them. They said he was so patient as he explained step-by-step how to turn their phone so he could see the modem and talked them through the process of successfully resuming Wifi & landline.
