I run a small accommodation business in Central Paihia. After getting increasingly frustrated with random ongoing outages with my previous internet provider, approx. 15 months ago I contacted NorthTel as the continual outages were adversely impacting my business. I was very impressed with the speed of NorthTel's response and their confidence that they could solve my problems. Within a month of my initial contact, I had received a plan, a quote and the job was done!! Looking back, it was the best decision and money spent. Plus, the very best part, no more Internet Outages!! :-) NorthTel are also currently handling my connection to the new Fibre Network as it rolls out in Paihia.Highly Recommend Josh and his Team.

We had been getting slow speeds and frequent dropped connections. We were also having to use range extenders to boost the signal from our old router to other floors and to a separate studio. Reception was still poor away from the router.Josh and his team provided a superb service. They responded very quickly, proposed a suitable solution and installed the equipment the next day.We now have greatly increased speeds, with excellent reception in all parts of the house and the studio. There has only been one interruption to service, which was quickly resolved.We have found NorthTel to be very responsive, knowledgeable and professional - highly recommended.

After putting out an SOS, on community pages, NorthTel responded. Great communication, fast response , and a very nice technician, who was very patient with the mess I had made! I would recommend this company.

Great Service! Josh visited the property and discussed the options available to us. Following the installation of the wifi equipment, Josh followed up to ensure everything was working correctly.
