Always get a friendly greeting at the door and the store is always clean, well stocked and set out so it's not cramped. Love the option of online shopping whilst in store too!

I have been a customer of Briscoes for many years, spending thousands. But now I have stopped walking into their shops. Their prices are marked-up to give you the impression of bargain buying when discounted, their guaranty periods are too short for durable goods to correspond with the NZ consumer protection laws. This results in ugly discussions and hassle with the management in case of product faults. Other shops, with a more customer friendly approach, are close by.

Not as good as they use to be. Can not get bright colour bath towels, some things are over priced unless you wait for a sale.

Pokey little place with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It is cluttered, untidy and poorly laid out.I only go there if I cannot find what I need at Kaikohe Bunnings. The last time we visited, the automatic door was stuck and no-one available to help in the paint department.Cannot recommend!

Granddaughter needed an overnight bag, so we took advantage of long weekend specials. She got a good buy & I found a few items I needed too. Well worth a look
