After years of not quite feeling 100% confident about the places that we leave our pets over holidays, I can say now that having met Ellis & Paul - they have met all our best expectations. Last week was the first time that we had to hotel our 2yo deaf and slightly insecure Yeti. Ellis & Pauls' set-up, gentle demenour, experience and care left me in no doubt that this was a great place. This is a delightful home for your cat's long or short term stay.Ellis and Paul obviously love cats and take great care with nutrition and well-being. The rooms are light and airy and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are calm and restful. My cat stayed for 3 months October 2019 when I moved home. She is a loner, used to hunting on a farm all her life, but she was so relaxed and cuddly when I took her home, I knew she had enjoyed her time with Ellis and Paul.Thank you to the Cat Hotel Stoney Creek for your thoughtful care of Jessie. Ellis & Paul are some of the few people we trust to look after Luna, our Scottish shorthair. They have a lovely purpose built cat hotel beside their home in the country, it’s incredibly clean and they take such care in matching Luna up with the right cats to share her room with.Since she’s been staying at Cat Hotel Stoney Creek she’s become more confident and although she isn’t a fan of the drive there from the city centre, she always starts purring when we pull into their driveway as she enjoys her visits.

The Cat Hotel Stoney Creek is really great. Our cat Juice spent a week while we were away, and came back home very relaxed and happy. Highly recommend! Thanks to both Paul and Ellis.

Paul and Ellis took exceptional care of our somewhat highly strung Ragdoll cat. It was our first time leaving him anywhere and I was quite apprehensive about it. Paul and Ellis put my mind at ease right away. They are both extremely caring and professional and they clearly have a love of cats. They kept me updated while I was away which I really appreciated and thanks to their expertise my cat coped far better than I expected.I’m delighted to have found such a perfect cat hotel and I will definitely leave my boy with Paul and Ellis again. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

A big thank you to Ellis and Paul for looking after our little girl Katie for 17 nights while we went on holiday. It was her first time staying at the cattery and it won't be her last. It is very clean and tidy. We were sent photos and updates during Katies stay. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their pet cat to stay. We have been using the services of the Cat Hotel Stony Creek since they opened a number of years ago and are very happy with how well Ellis and Paul run their business and the good care they take of the cats in their charge. We can leave our girl with them with complete peace of mind that she is safe and being well looked after. They’ve even sent us photos of her while we’re been away, which is a nice touch. They know all of the cats by name and ensure that our girl is placed with roommates that are suitable for her age and personality. They expanded the cattery in recent times and the facilities are new and fresh. Ellis and Paul love what they do and are very experienced, caring and accommodating. We highly recommend the Stony Creek Cat Hotel.

We have left our cats with Paul and Ellis on many occasions over several years including while we have been 3 months overseas. Our cats always come back very relaxed and in very good condition. The rooms in which the cats are kept of spotless. Paul and Ellis love cats and as such spend many hours with them and ensuring they are well and happy. With Ellis being a qualified vet this gives us extra confidence that they will be looked after well. We would recommend their services to any person who wants reliable and caring people to look after their cats.

Fantastic cat care.The owners love cats.IOne of the owners have me a beautiful photo of my Any with her.The rooms always clean.They are regulary given treatment for fleas worms..IThe cats are matched to suitable room mates.Rhe older cats with other older cats and the young playful cats with others whom are playful..The Best sign is when I visit my Amy and she's all over Alice and Paul which shows how happy she is

We were so nervous leaving out babies at a cattery but the moment we rocked up we KNEW that the cats would be so happy here. What absolutely lovely couple. When we would visit the cats were just beside themselves happy and their coats felt AMAZING too. They have been SO well looked after.
