Highly recommend John Rhind. They made sure the package was affordable while still ensuring to include what we valued the most. The team is super friendly and respectful during every communication! They take care of everything which takes a huge load of pressure off during a hard time and everything they do is to a very high standard.Zane was very calming to talk to and he followed us up to make sure we were okay doing the few things that needed to be done by us.We are beyond thankful we ended up using them.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Grant and the John Rhind team. I lost my mother suddenly and I was left to plan the funeral by myself.From beginning to the final handover of my mothers ashes, I was treated with utmost care and offered any assistance possible.The spectacular chapel and grounds was truly a beautiful and welcoming sight. All staff were helpful and friendly, we were even allowed to include mums dogs in the service as well as allowing the dogs to say goodbye at the casket viewing.She was so well looked after, thank you for making it such a special day. I cannot express how grateful I truly am.

My Mom passed away last January 2021. Her last wish was to repatriate her body back to the Philippines where she was born and so her parents, family, relatives and friends would see her for the last time. Grant Mitchell, one of the funeral directors, though it's his first time for a repatriation, helped us very well from viewing, to communication with the embassy until my mom's flight back to Philippines. They were also open-minded and respectful when it comes to beliefs and customs we have. They were approachable and tried their best to compromise and consider our demands and decisions.

My wife and I decided on John Rhind to handle my parents funerals. We found their service excellent. They arranged newspaper notices, helped design and print service sheets, recorded the service, and streamed the service for overseas friennds and relatives. My parents wanted their ashes put in a family plot in the UK, and John Rhind arranged shipment including all the export paperwork. They made the whole experience for us easy at a sad time.

John Rhind chapel was a great fit for us. Brent the funeral director, not only showed care and empathy but practically guided and coached us through the process and matched us up with Alan to be our celebrant; he was the perfect fit. Great follow up also which impressed us so much. Many said it was one of the loveliest funerals they have been to.A big thank you to John Rhind Funeral Directors.

They communicate constantly so you are always aware of what you need to do and they accommodated our many requests. I would give John Rhind more than 5 stars if I could. From my first enquiry and email I was treated with respect, courtesy and kindness. My queries were answered with understanding and compassion. Although we are a very small case but we have been looked after well in every process. I would recommend John Rhind if family and friends would need this type of services one day.

Grant was our Funeral Director at John Rhind for our father’s funeral. He was superb. The subcontractors he organised were perfect, his communication was top notch and he made the whole process so smooth and stress free at a time when that’s exactly what we needed. Would rate higher if I could.
