I would like to thank Mark and his team for the help they provided with my mum, I was able to leave everything in his capable hands. When it came time to return mum’s ashes to me it was no trouble for him to deliver them when it was convenient for me. Highly recommended.

Mark Mortlock was a pleasure to deal with through this difficult time with our family. He went above and beyond to try to make arrangements as seamless as possible, and handled our grief with dignity and great care. He was always available to answer our questions and help us with our planning process to ensure that we felt supported through the entire process for our loved one as well as for our loved one as she desired to have her plans in place he was always there at the end of the phone when we called.
