Vicki and the team went above and beyond to make sure my holiday started and finished problem free.A friend and myself spent 6 days skiing the south island and I could not have done it without the AWD Subaru.When our transport from Wanaka to Queenstown fell through, Vicki didn't waste any time coming up with a solution which ensured we didn't miss our flight.I won't be looking elsewhere next season. I know exactly who to call!

These people are fantastic. Struggled to find any transportation from Queenstown to Wanaka, and kind lady arranged a ride for me. Great service, will look them up again. Very affordable as well.

We found Adventise Car Rentals extremely rude and quite unhelpful.. My friend was the one hiring the vehicle and she was treated like a child, the tone and manner of Vicky was very unpleasant to deal with. Will not be using Adventure Car Rentals again or recommending them.

Booked a car in July and later found that I was charged more than double what I was quoted so be very careful if coming from overseas as soon as you leave the country they make sure to charge your card after you leave. Front desk lady was also extremely rude when both picking up the car and when I asked why I was charged more then quoted I would not recommend for anyone to use this company! Disappointed to say the least.

Rental cars are quite hard to come by at the moment, especially if you have a budget, so we were very grateful when the team had just what we were looking for!We then had a little car trouble and Vicki went above and beyond to help us, luckily catching her on her way home she came to us and helped us then and there. Wonderful and friendly customer service. So glad we chose them for our trip to Wanaka!

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with such kind, professional people! Forrest, your big-hearted gesture was so dearly appreciated. We’d had some issues with our bank in Australia and Forrest loaned us his phone to call the bank and went the extra mile to assist us. Our little rented car was comfortable to drive and extremely fuel-efficient too. Dealing with such warm, big-hearted yet highly professional people was a pleasure from start to finish. Adventure Car Rentals come highly recommended in every aspect indeed. We are both so truly grateful!

Owner Vicki is very professional & gives personalized service. It's my first time driving on the left-side of the road; Vicki was very compassionate & encouraging; gave me a quick hands-on driving lesson on how to quickly adjust to driving on left-side.Vicki even waived the fee for the extra miles I used. The car is very clean & in great condition. I do have high standards & Adventure Car Rental surpassed them all.I will not rent from anybody else whenever I am in Wanaka, NZ.Highly recommended. I will give 11 stars if I'm able :))
