After 5+ years as tenants with DPM we have just moved on to a new rental property. I listed my property with DPM last year. They have been simply amazing! Sarah my property manager has gone above and beyond organising painting, carpeting, heating etc… anything I requested. As a tenant of DPM in 2022, they have been amazing landlords. Kind, quick to fix issues, understanding, and keen to work together on a solution. We've dealt with some abysmal rental companies where they have caused so many more issues due to the neglecting issues as they arose. If I ever owned a flat in Dunedin, I would immediately contact DPM for property management.
