Lawns mowed beautifully and mowed area cleaned each time. I appreciate how all the tools they use when mowing my lawn are battery- operated: good for the environment. Prompt and courteous communication when needed. Some minor hiccups with the invoicing which is the reason for 4, and not 5, stars.

Do NOT use this companyTerrible service and cleaners. Don’t do it - you will regret it.We had a cleaner who charged us for 4 hours and did 2 - a poor job at that. Was on call whole time while cleaning - talking loudly while I tried to work from home.When I realised he’d been charging us double hours he’d been doing I had no recompense. Invoices were continually wrong and even now that I finished with them 4 months ago they continue to send invoices I don’t owe. When I talk to the company owner she took zero accountability - never returned calls. I can’t believe they are still in business

I am really happy with Clean Planet’s car wash service and the quality of work they provided. James did amazing work by giving my car a good, careful wash. The communication with the Clean Planet team to book a car valet was super easy, these guys are doing an amazing job! I would highly recommend Clean Planet’s Mobile car wash service.

We have used Clean Planet for a couple of years and are still very happy with the quality of service they provide.They are always considerate, and consistent with their work. They communicate well with us - we work from home so often plan our day around them coming.And they often add little touches that make all the difference - like arranging cushions or making the children’s beds with the toys lined up that make us feel like they really care about the job they do.

My property agent referred me to use this company for doing some top up cleaning. And I was stupid enough not do it by myself, thought they might be doing a better job. However, they didn’t know how to do some of the jobs as professional cleaners and I needed to do it by myself later on, still charged me a bill that is enough to surprise me nuts. Such easy money for doing nothing!!

Often I am unsatisfied with cleaning services as there are always details or little things that are missed. With Clean Planet with them doing a full valet on my car, I couldn't be happier - honestly rate them 10/10 or 5 Stars! Keep up the amazing work guys.

I've done moving out cleaning with them and I (and my landlord) was very happy with the result. They also worked on public holiday which was really helpful. Communication with Marina was great. We got all our questions answered right away. Highly recommend.
