Excellent experience. Friendly and very informative. I was nervous but the examiner who did the tests was very kind and explained everything to me step be step. I'm happy to know what exactly is going on with my eyes and how to look after them as well. Selecting my glasses was fun, thank you to the assistant that helped me. I can't wait to receive my glasses. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the service from Oscar Wylee St Luke’s the optometrist Dennis. He was very informative & thorough about telling me about my eye health & made me feel so comfortable. As I was already feeling nervous and anxious due to bad experience with another place. Ashika the front of house was also super lovely & friendly & loved that she gave me the space to choose and try on frames instead of a pushy sales person. Highly recommended for customer service satisfaction. Thank you both so much for looking after me. Look forward to picking up my new glasses.

I had a fantastic experience at Oscar Wylee. I picked out frames, and did an eye test with them. Both men were insightful about the eye test and my eye health. When picking out glasses, they provided great feedback and I appreciated the honesty when it came to glasses that didn't suit me. Its a shame that they don't provide contact lenses!

Excellent service. The optician was thorough and explained everything. The assistant who helped me choose my glasses was helpful but not pushy and she gave me time to decide unlike their competitors who I have previously used. I will definitely be using Oscar Wylee from now on

Great experience - friendly, efficient, thorough, reasonably priced and great frames. Saved about 350$ on my previous glasses supplier. If I had to choose an improvement it would have been nice to have slightly more room for the eye exams, my handbag kept getting in way of the wheelie chairs. But this was a minor issue compared to the rest of my experience. I'd highly recommend them and love my new frames and improved vision. Thanks.

I had a great experience at the store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Although I was anxious about the eye exam, they made me feel at ease. The examiner provided a detailed explanation, and now I feel more informed about my eye health. Selecting my glasses was enjoyable, and the assistant was extremely helpful.
