Hi I received a 90 min Recharge Relaxation head to toe Massage it was bliss which incorporated Reiki energy balancing, and cleared any blockages in my chakra..totally relaxation with a feeling of a mediative state.with soothing music which helped me to .let go of everything that was blocking my body..After the session and over the days after lots of water to wash away the toxins lots of sleep to help regenerate my bodies systems.Highly recommend to anyone that's wants a Total Recharge Massage.
