I've never gone into a gym programme before feeling like my trainer is completely in my corner. Jared has been awesome. He is professional, knows his stuff, and really wants to see me succeed. He's a genuinely nice person and makes sure he works with any injuries to avoid aggravation, while still getting optimal results. For the first time, I actually look forward to going to the gym. The programme is challenging without being impossible and leaves me feeling energised instead of broken. If you're looking for a supportive trainer to help you to make a change I highly recommend Jared and Everest Personal Training.
