Pich is absolutely amazing!! I started off a complete newbie at the gym and I was super intimidated by what was going on around me, and if it weren't for Pich, my gym membership wouldn't have seen a second week. The PT sessions are equal parts of fun and challenging, and I lost weight and toned up pretty well in just three weeks under her sessions. Pich always brings such a vibrant energy and a stellar sense of humour and man does she know her stuff! As well as that, she is really encouraging and does the best job at helping you out of your comfort zone. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Pich is an absolutely amazing trainer and will help you get the results you are looking for. She will push and encourage you throughout your session and at the end you certainly feel like you have achieved something great. Loved the App she provides with training programmes and is always happy to talk about nutrition too. One thing I appreciated was that Pich was very mindful when I was carrying a few niggely injuries but worked around these to ensure my progress continued on the right track, without causing further damage. Would highly recommend. Great trainer, great personality and great fun.

A friend of mine recommended Pich to me a couple of years ago when I was looking for a personal trainer. Pich has been great, very professional, knows how to push you to get you to your goals, helps with diet advice which is tailored to your needs, and has a great sense of humor, which really helps when she is making you do more squats or lunges than you want to do.

I have known Pich for over 5 years, and during that time she has trained both my family and I. She is truly one of THE best PT's in New Zealand; she can help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals to have you looking and feeling your best - her plans (diet and exercise) are backed up with years of knowledge and experience. Pich has always been a text or a phone call away for me if I had any questions or concerns, gym related or not. For everything that she has done for me, I really appreciate her being.

Pich is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humour. She is very professional and makes each of your training sessions challenging (oh those Bulgarian lunges!!!) yet rewarding.I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness goals.Thank you for coming to my house twice a week and making me work hard over the last 2 years. :)

I can’t recommend Pich highly enough. I’ve been training with her for several years now, which as a former gym denier speaks to just how enjoyable and effective a professional she is. Her years of experience mean she knows exactly what she’s doing. She is approachable and non-judgemental in helping you achieve your fitness goals. I feel utterly safe in her hands - in all our years of training she has never broken me (which is not to say that sometimes I don’t feel it the next day). Pich is, in my opinion, the perfect trainer.
