Jamie and his guys from X-Factor came around this morning to sort out a problem a previous contractor from another company had caused in our driveway.Problem solved and a great job done in no time :)I'm pleased with their work, and would definitely use them again. Strongly recommended.

After agreeing on a time to meet the contractor never showed up. I waited for over an hour and tried to call. My call was not answered. Very disappointed to have been treated so badly.

These guys were doing a job outside our property. They were out cleaning up after the job sitting at a halt for about 2 mths . They came back to clean up . Next minute I got a notification someone was on my property so i look out my window to see a worker kneeling down Infront of my son's car on the front lawn . I go out to see what he's up to . He wouldn't answer me when I spoke untill I got right up to him. Asked him what he thought he was doing on my yard. He just shrugged his shoulders. He had unplugged my hose and broken the end of it may I add, and was using water. That would have been all fine if he had knocked on the door to ask. Instead my cameras told me he was in my property. I told him clearly I could have him for trespassing. Within 2 mins of that conversation the whole truck was packed up and gone. I tried to ring the company to complain. Yet there was no answer all afternoon.

Attempted contact several times. Would never get back to me. Arranged to meet and dudnt turn up after organising everything around meeting. Wouldnt recommend
