Bought an Epson printer just a few months ago, and we can't use it because we've never been able to buy black ink cartridges for it. The black ink cartridges are out of stock everywhere and have been for months. Do not recommend buying an Epson printer! Our model is the Expression Home XP-3100, requiring 212 ink cartridges.

can't connect printer - followed all instructions supplied and on website (including download), then called 0800 for help. Most infuriating experience going over all I had already done. Rep did not listen to a word I said, clearly has a checklist and no brain. will be returning printer to supplier if can't get answer. no way to contact only same 0800

I bought an Epson 2710 printer cost me $375, lasted less than 7 months, printed 314 pages, not a lot of work, stopped working, took it in for repair, repair company worked on printer for a week informed me it was not worth fixing. Here we are 13 days later still no answer from Epson, still no replacement printer, How is a person suppose to run a business with no printer/scanner? Terrible company to deal with even worse products, over all. Disgraceful. WARNING: DO NOT DEAL WITH EPSON OR THEIR PRODUCTS! THEIR WARRANTY/BACK UP SERVICE IS NON- EXISTANT WORST COMPANY I HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH IN 45 YEARS OF BUSINESS. Would not deal with again. 1 star as posting would not accept NO STARS!

Never buying a product again. The service information provided from the US and Australia did not work (wasted two full packs of ink cartridges), and they won't pick up my call (Hamilton). I'm throwing it out.

Epson printers have not been receiving a good wrap in recent times. My experience was a positive one for which I am very grateful.My Workforce WF 3640 printer was behaving badly and after visiting the local BOP agent (Tauranga Office Equipment Services) it was confirmed that the print head was past its used by date. The warranty on this item was 1 year (other brands are up to 5 years), so Epson (Australia) could have walked away leaving me with a hefty repair bill but they stood by their product and picked up the bill. Thank you Epson.

Poor customer service; after phoning a number of times to speak to someone with some technical knowledge and being promised that someone will contact me, still nobody did and i am not able to use my commercial label printer.

Just bought a printer this morning. I reluctantly changed over from Brother who I just love for their back up help. My main concern in changing is that when you need a tech person it usually only takes a few mins. I have spent getting onto 2 hours. Don't expect ANY help from Epson. Its like they will only send you instructions to read. Not friendly NOT helpful. Shame on Epson....

UPDATE:I received a call from from product support today after my bad experience. And he was very kind and friendly. He Helped me solve all the issues I have been having with the new software update so I was very thankful for his help, patience and real support. I also decided to change my review and stars due to Epsons quick response.I am feeling like a Karen here but it needs to be done. I have a Sure colour series and I needed some help. That was all I needed. I can definitely say with no doubt Epson NZ has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It's the most unfriendly to the point that the guy on the phone YELLED at me. bizarre!
