Jaydn was very impatient and rude to both me and another customer there at the same time. You should not be bringing personal issues & frustration to work. Management should also not let him be in customer service when he cannot provide the service, rather have him working at the back if he is not in the right mood. Had a very good customer relationship with Bruce that works or use to work here. Will gladly take our business and recommendations elsewhere if we get this repeated service. The lady that helped was great to work with.

Just had some awesome service from this place, he got exactly what I needed with a smile and gave a better price than anywhere else. I didn't even have to go futher than the checkout! Professional staff all with amazing attitudes at every repco store I've been to.Cheers repco!

I had a great experience at Repco Richmond. Came in looking for a phone mount for my car and the staff member personally recommended an item to me which turned out to be perfect. The store was easy to navigate, bit of a tricky spot for parking if the traffic is busy.

Much better prices now days than used to be, small selection of items but has everything you need for your average maintenence and you can find the rest in the nelson store. They can always order parts also if you dont mind the shipping wait time.
