Like another comment here. Treatment consisted of 5/10mins in room followed by physio leaving room to treat other patients and comming back to take needles out to send me on my way!I am not even sure of suitability of benifits of accupuncture only for 4 weeks post ACL surgery.I was getting accupuncture for for 4 weeks ( even more maybe) post ACL off , no exercises given . Was told to come twice a week .This was a waste of time, upon asking could I start doing something, I was emailed a PDF and told to try out the exercises and if any issues question in next session ( no demonstrations given)It Should be noted that it transpired some of these exercises weren't suitable for hamstring graft ACL operations- so lucky no further damage was doneOverall disappointed with level of service . The physio dealing with me had an impressive CV but didn't seem interested nor conscientious. Maybe more used to dealing with All blacks etc.I moved physio in the end and didn't even hear from them , this is in contrast to other physio who worked on rehab in studio and set goals corrected form, and followed up.Would recommend elsewhere unless you want accupuncture after an ACL , this could be your place.

Annabelle is my physio and the best thing to have happened to my health in a long time. I had my apprehensions about going to a physio but that changed with the expert hands of Annabelle who worked wonders for my back. She knows and does her job very well. And this place is not as expensive as some others in the city. Clean environment, good sized rooms too. Very convenientlly located in the CBD

Very disappointed with the treatment which consisted of a 10 minute massage and 10 minutes left in a room with a heat bag and asked to show myself out.

Excellent physios. Identified a serious injury and got me in to see a specialist the next day.

I worked for Queen Street Physiotherapy for 3 years and I have to say they have some of the most qualified and experienced physiotherapists in all of Auckland providing top quality services and making a difference in peoples lives.Paul Wilson, the principal physiotherapist, has experience working in the capacity of pimary physiotherapist for the All Blacks, Team NZ (America's Cup), Olympic teams etc. He still practices in the clinic and supports is highly qualified team of physiotherapists well so that the service standard is quality across the board.Thanks for opportunity to work alongside and learn from you Paul, Damian, Anya, and Lyndsey it was an absolute pleasure.Highly recommend these guys.

Highly recommend! Paul and the team at Queen street physio are the best in the industry. I had terrible pain in my upper back and shoulders and in very short time frame Paul resolved it and gave me quick and easy exercises to maintain the great work he has done.
