Hi im not sure how I leave a reviewBut I would like to say once again we have had excellent service from u guys not sure the names from the guy the came out to measure the house to sales lady at the desk helping us to the 2 fabulous men that put the carpet down good f...Ken job well done. The carpet looks amazing after have no carpet for a few mths u do appreciate even more. Had an overall great experience with Floorpride.We were happy the way they listened to our thoughts and ideas and helped us make a great choice.The installers were knowledgeable and pleasant.. and the manager of the store dealt with everything promptly and swiftly.We would not hesitate to use them again.

Greeted on a Saturday as a walk-in to shop for a little advice about waterproof flooring for our 2 big dogs; specifically Karndean and Quickstep rigid core vinyl. The vinyl guy wasn't there and the carpet lady didn't have any knowledge about rigid core vinyl (understandable). We were however told laminate was the best product and to not look at vinyl as it scratches. There was a huge display stand (Sentry by Metroflor) advertising waterproof and pet friendly rigid core and she said she didn't know anything about that as it must be just new, so did not want to discuss and continued to only discuss laminate. My husband wanted an idea on costs so we booked a measure and quote anyway. The guy came 1 hour early (my husband missed the consult because of this). The measure guy had forgot his iPad, so did the measure on paper. He wrote on the quote sheet that we were looking at Karndean rigid core or Woodlands Sentry vinyl (we had requested a sample directly from the company as carpet lady did not want to encourage us to look at that product). The following week, the same carpet lady rang us to complain to us that she wasn't able to quote us as we has changed the product type and she couldn't read the handwriting of the measure guy. We just wanted to talk to someone who could tell us the differences between the types of rigid core systems and click systems and all that jazz. We are cashed-up and ready to spend big bucks on premium flooring and the actual vinyl consultant doesn't have time to consult with us. The Karndean website needs to downgrade you to a bronze star rating for steering clients away from their product too. Their website is the only reason we selected you, as before that, we had never heard of you.

All of the staff I dealt with throughout the entire process were great but I would especially like to single out the girl with the short blonde hair who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Well done Floorpride for restoring my faith in good old fashion service.

We had our kitchen refloored with floor pride ,and they were very professional and prompt ,with very good knowledge ,to this end when we have our house re carpeted ,floor pride will be our go to folk

I can not express how happy I was that we were introduced to Floor Pride. They were recommended to us and from the first phone call and meeting with Ernie - the can do attitude was apparent! The choice of carpet through to availability and a date to install were swift and organised and the carpet layers were beyond super lovely chaps where absolutely nothing was a problem!!!! exceptional service and can highly recommend !!!

So pleased that friends recommended seeing Tracey at Floor Pride in Manderville St. Christchurch to recarpet our house. Tracey was so friendly and professional with helping our selection. The job was completed by an excellent team. Communication was superb. Also appreciated was Tracey's assistance in seeking tiles from a more extensive range elsewhere and applying a discount for us.
