I love this Subway. The cookies are perfectly baked. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's clean, and an 80s song always seems to greet me when I come in even if it soon switches to something less interesting.

Piri extremely rude and didn't listen to our order. No customer service skills. Got our order wrong and made my children feel extremely unwelcome.Won't be stopping here again

It was late at night and we got great service. Very nice high standard of food. Their let down is the out of date toilet area. But i'm there for the food & there are other facilities nearby if it bothers you.

Tonight I went with my two boys passing through heading back to Hastings. I was surprised with the great service the young lady gave ALL the customers. I was not served by her but she was engaging, smiley and friendly to all. When we left see also said thank you for coming in and have a great night. I will definitely be back!

Closes way too early. I would get subway way more often if it was open til 8pm.

Toilets down the back and outside. I think the back street connects to it. I caught it at the right time...they just cleaned it and janola'ed the floor. Good job. Nice and cool inside. Seemed friendly staff.

Store is clean and we'll kept. Vegetables look freash and taste freash. Staff are friendly and take pride in there job. Subs are made with care and are not rushed.Best subway I have visited across New Zealand.
