River Radiology

I went in for an ultrasound all was fine. I wasn't told the price directly although my mother was, I discovered later what they originally said the price was but assumed they were wrong about the price my mother was told since they charged me $30 after I waited at the reception for a few minutes. My mother was then called after not being able to reach me today during my work hours they said she left without paying" even though I directly I asked the receptionist how much I owe

Very difficult to find parking. Arrived when there was no-one else. Thought this was great as I was told on the phone that they do not make appointments and work on a first come first served basis.Saw many people arrive after me and get seen to. Ended up waiting for almost an hour before being attended to.Quite concerning that they do not use ANY radio protective measures AT ALL and I was not given a lead gown to wear despite having 3 x diagnostic X-rays of my face.

I think River Radiology need to think twice about their customer service. I am a disabled person and can’t wear a mask, I was treated like a leaper, I even have it on my file I can’t wear a mask, I was sent to the back to sit and then when it was finished my MRI I asked to stay sitting at the back until my driver came. I was told that I had to sit outside. I sat on the street, on my way out the door the receptionist said there are people in here who can wear masks after all. wow just wow. How would they like to be treated like that if they have a disability out of their control. So disappointed

Today is the second bad experience that I've had and WILL not be making another. I will be telling my Dr and everyone I know about the shocking experience I endured.. And advise them to go somewhere else.When my appointment was made I told the receptionist that I had a mask exemption.. She said that was fine and was told that she had made a note of it. When got there... I was shown the box of masks and told to put one on. Then told that I had to go outside to complete a form( which I replied, well if that's the case I'm going home...)The form was a complete waste of time... As they already had my personal details... The only other questions were a) was I pregnant....at 61...hmmm l would hope not!!! b) had I had this ultrasound before and where... Well once is bad enough... Let alone going through it again!!! Especially here!!!!!!As for the ultrasound.... Couldn't be done even though I drunk my litre of water... But the pain.... Omg rough as guts.... I am very sore.... We are people not robotsAnd to add... That night I got a dirty, nasty horrible rash...All I can say is disgusting...with that and the way I was treated

I'd like to thank River Radiology Team for their professionalism and great customer service. I had a few MRI scans and injection at River Radiology for my sport injury. The staff is very supportive and efficient. Nice modern premises. Great job, thank you!

Didnt want to give any stars but had to to be able to post.If you are ever needing a cortisone injection don't go here as they say they give you local anesthetic but they don't as my support person witnessed this and I pushed to have her with me. Highly recommend Pacific Radiology .

I had an mri booked and after me having a clostrophibic episode, the mri team were fantastic. Got it rebooked for the following week, with sedation. They looked after me, even when I started to come around, they did everything possible to help me out. James and the lady (sorry didn't remember her name, I only remember James because it's my hubby's name lol) were outstanding!

Just the loveliest team of people working at river radiology. Friendly, kind, caring, thorough. Absolutely rate the hood st team very highly!

Had to get a cortisone injection. Riverside had excellent service from reception to the doctor and nurse who both attended me. Tried to get in elsewhere but long wait times yet River Radiology were able to see me a week after contacting them. Was grateful for this quick turn around.
