Came on a Sunday. There was one retail assistant trying to keep everything afloat due to COVID staff shortages (Isaac may have been his name). He did a great job at managing the queue, but also maintaining great customer service whilst we awaited the manager to approve our purchase :)

Had to come into store to have some gear replaced. I was helped by Issac who was a well informed and incredibly helpful bloke. Great store.

Great product range and prices, but poor customer service and product knowledge, if you’re looking for a bike head to EVO Cycle just over the road.

Super courteous and helpful. The Italian gentleman was particular helpful. Opened up the shop to allow me to use the compressor (his arm was in a sling). Very accommodating to get me back on the road.

Had to wonder around the bike area for at least 15 minutes to finally had to deal with a staff member named Grace, she wasn’t able to answer any of the questions I had and extremely RUDE and impolite about it. My advice when wanting to get good profesional service avoid Grace at all cost, and find someone else in the store. At the end a young staff member ended up saving the bad experience I had with her by providing answers to all the questions I had.

Good customer service when I went there a few times last few months. Keep it up guys!! Thanks you for the great tips/advice on my purchases.

Seriously I do not want to give such a negative review. Visited the store to buy some nice merino as it is getting a bit cold, after browsing a bit and being helped by some friendly staff members I made my way to the counter there, I was served by an unpleasant woman, all I asked her was if it was possible to get another size of pants, her mood and tone drastically changed when I asked and got a rude response: NO! It is not possible! (not explanation about it) she gave me the impression that she wanted to get rid off me as quick as possible. Then at home saw the name of the this person printed on the receipt “Grace”. After reading the other reviews it made sense to write one too, so people can avoid a bad experience dealing with her.

Staff were really helpful, busy with customers and with no sign of any inaction today. The staff tried to sort out a voucher code problem I was having, but it turns out it was online only, which was a shame. In any case, I got a great deal on the Coretec jacket and pants - thanks team!
