Also worth noting, if something isn't in stock, if you leave your details with them, they will genuinely call you when it is in. This is getting rarer and rare to find in customer service. Store was clean and tidy and easy to navigate. Sales person wasn't pushy but he acknowledged us and let us know he was there if we needed him. When we did ask for help, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great team and atmosphere in store. Would definitely recommend this store.

I came looking for advice on a Weber Q and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They stocked the full range of Weber Qs and accessories here. I walked out with what I needed, some extra accessories and there was no overselling. She patiently explained and answered my questions

I’ve been here a few times now. Nicely presented showroom and some quality products there. Staff is quite straight forward but in saying that sometimes it feels like we are unwanted in the store and we are very judged.We may have asked a few questions to many to their liking about certain products but we simply just wanted to know more and find the right product. I have bought several items from here for their products alone but I just didn’t find their service to be all that friendly. And due to that very reason, I opted to buy my latest ride on mower from another place.FYI, I’ve been served by an older couple and a younger male and the young man has been great. Seemingly a little quiet but when asked a question he’s great at providing further details. However the older couple (who I assume are the owners?) seem quite stuck up. See I don’t know their products as much as they would and I would appreciate if I didn’t get a scoff when I ask a question that is seemingly “easy knowledge”, especially for the older male who decided to sit down right away after answering a question and proceeded to tell me someone else will help me because he has some work to do.

Had a very fruitful visit to the Stihl Shop Botany today. I went to get some advice on a new weed eater to trim my grass edges. Very helpful gentleman in the store was extremely knowledgeable and full of good info about the different models I was considering. Great to experience some proper customer service in a time that it seems to be a thing of the past. Sorry I didn't get the chaps name but thank you very much.
