We use Ally for our dog grooming, she is so wonderful and caring with our dogs, they just love her. Her grooming is excellent, would recommend Ally to anyone looking to have their dogs groomed. Wonderful service.

Ally is amazing. She manages to turn my 'non compliant' scottie dog into a chocolate box picture every time. He's has a number of traumatic experiences with grooming before, and Ally is so patient, kind and understanding wit him. He doesn't even sulk afterwards. Theres no other groomer locally who comes close to the standard Ally achieves. Loyal fan, Jan.

Our pups love Riana. She is so good with our Jax especially. He is a griffon and a bit scared to have his hair cut but Riana has made him completely comfortable and he thinks Riana is so lovely. Our previous experiences had put me off dog grooming but now we have found Riana we wont be going anywhere else. She is fantastic at what she does!

Very inexperienced groomer. Poor customer service. After using her for the first time and allowing her to train on my dog and paying full price for a disaster of a groom, I sent her a photo of the previous groomers results and asked if she could give the same type of service next time. She bowed out". I do not recommend this groomer for your Furbaby. Groomers should be fully trained before being unleashed into the business world. If they are still in training they should stipulate it before starting and their pricing should be adjusted accordingly."

Im really not that hard to please but it seems that ppl think its ok to behave in an unprofessional way and u have no choice but to smile thru it. Well im sick of smiling. These guys were booked 3 ( ish) weeks in advance. Long weekend and they booked sunday. It was not the best day but my 3 boys needed it so ok. On sun morning , i get a txt cancelling the groom. I was very annoyed. They said they can rebook for mon. I was not happy with that but really what choice does anyone have. Ad i know things happen but its how these ladies acted when i stated that i guess it has to be but im very disappointed as i had plans on mon that i had sacrificed for sun and now both days were disrupted. Other ppl in the family had gone ahead and made plans for the sun with mon being supposedly free.The ladies turned up with attitude galore. No smile, no introductions no apologies for the last minute change. It was very annoying. I know ppl expect ppl to just say, oh thats ok, even it wasnt but i am not going to do that anymore.The groom was lovely on 2 of my boys but too close a butt clip left my 3 rd boy licking and making the area raw.I did tell the ladies about my displeasure but was met with “ , well we came on our day off to do the groom” like a medal needed awarding! insult to injury, No? So my response was , I dont know ur days off. U suggested sunday, you cancelled last minute and yet somehow im supposed tp be grateful that they did the groom they booked,Manners are out it seems. Attitude ( bad) is def in! Not my first experience with Jims dog grooming, ( different operators) but this is def my last! Overpriced too.

Ally always does and incredible job looking after our old little dog always making sure she’s comfortable and happy throughout her groom. And of course she comes out smelling like a puppy again and looking very cute. Thank you for always making time to groom Bella! We couldn’t go with anyone ales perfect service!!!!
