Recently had my WOF done with this dealer & received a letter from the NZ transport agency that their licence to carry out WOF inspections has been SUSPENDED due to safety concerns with their work. I called to ask for a refund & these people were extremely rude & unprofessional! *******U WILL PUT YOURSELF & FAMILY’s SAFETY AT RISK IF U TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!*********

Untrustworthy. Company has changed names after giving out unsafe wofs. Rude owner, blatantly lies and denys any fault for bad workmanship. I will be taking action to make sure no one else's safety is compromised by unsafe wof inspections,although I gather this is why vtnz took over there wofs!

First time going here to get my WOF. Usually go to VTNZ but the wait times and long inspections are due to backlog thru Covid.Great place and doesn't take long. Re-checks are done promptly too.Make a booking and you're guaranteed a fast prompt service.

Great place for a WOF. Book in, only a short wait. Good harbour walks nearby too.

firstly apologies for not delivering my reveiw in a more timely fashion..popped in on a friday afternoon,despite being busy no problem...needed a couple of items to oblige my warrant..they not only sourced ,had it delivered and fitted..all done considerably cheaper than if I had bought them..again no problem...couple of things to sort over weekend..back on monday..again they helped out,no problem..rolled out with my wof..everything correct,repairs ,service,attitude...one of the biggest things for me was I wasnt overcharged or jipped on costs if anything cheaper..nothing was a problem...i could go on ...but I've found my forever mechanics i think..thankyou to all much appreciated..shall see me again..

Amazing service, phone up last minute for a WOF this morning, great customer service . Very accommodating , couldn’t have ask for more. Staff looked happy and willing to help. I would receive using these guys. A big thank you for today.

Very disappointed! Had WOF done here not long ago then received a letter from the Nz transport agency to get my car reassessed. Took my car elsewhere & found out there were other issues. Never coming back here again. Never coming back again. Enough said.

Went in for WOF on 27 Feb 2020. Failed the WOF and went to my mechanic for repair. He checked and ask why this needed to be done as all was okay. Went ahead to order the parts and then lockdown happened. Finally got the required parts on 21 May 2020 and the repair was finished on 22 May 2020. Went in on 23 May for recheck for WOF and was told that I needed to pay for a new WOF. NOT HAPPY; won't ever go back there. Greedy and incompetent as far as I am concerned.MY RESPONSE to the remarks below: First of all if your WOF person would have done a proper job there wouldn't have been a problem and second of all 27 Feb 2020 plus 28 days makes it to 26 March which was in LOCKDOWN. End of story.
