TransNational Translation

I've been using their services from overseas before I came to NZ, and now, every now and then for paperwork translation from French to English. Every time they are very quick to answer any inquiries (I had single pages translation as well as 1.6k+ words documents), and quick to translate and send. Also, pretty friendly staff, so I'm happy to stick with them.

Super efficient, got some papers from Italy I needed urgently to translate, and I managed everything online, payment and pdf by mail, in no time I had a draft and then the next morning the original by post. Great service and affordable rates. Would recommended and keep using this service for further translations.

Used the translation services two years ago, and I had no complaints.Recently I had to order a translation of a one-page document, and the communication by a customer service team was great, they were very responsive. They responded very quickly when we were revising a translation since the translator sometimes would just skip a line of text or add a line of text that was not in the original translation. If you pick up the document from the office, rather than ordering delivery, try confirming with customer service that somebody is present to hand over the translation. Because the company doesn't have an office, a receptionist representing the Transnational might not be in. This caused quite a confusion because I was told my translation is ready for pick up, but when I arrived there was no one at the desk. It is a bit surprising, but Transnational didn't know that their staff was away and they didn't leave instructions to a person attending to duties on that day. If I was informed that I can pick it up another day, because the staff is away, I would totally understand, because life happens, but this was quite a waste of time since it took almost an hour to get the translation printed by a temporary staff attending to the desk while customer service assured me it won't take too long.

I’ve got my license translated in 2 days!

Came to translate one page police certificate, dropped it on Friday last week in the morning. First of all they don't have eftpos or credit card options to pay, so have to go down the stairs to lampton quay and climb back because you need to pay in advance. And then i waited 15 min for them to check if 49$ will be enough money to pay. And they been checking it after i came back from ATM.On Wednesday I received a draft with 3 mistakes in my name and date. The date of issue was 2014 instead of 2016. R u kidding me?On Thursday I decided myself that I will pick up document, waited for the girl to come back from immigration for 45 minutes and it's in their open hours. The lady in office wasn't really accommodating and said she doesn't know how to do that. (To print document????)Then no one told me to come back with original document to pick up the document. My original was print out itself from egov system. But their ink wasn't good enough to print it in normal quality. And moreover few mistakes were still there. Why you charging 49 bucks for??? Really pissed me off. Anyway. Ended up empty handed. Need to pick it up tommorow again. Really disappointed. Next time I will use DIA services instead. It's more expensive, but worth.

The receptionist is not nice with the costumers .So I didn't like it .Sorry.

A nice enough place, has all the things you'd expect for a place like this in Wellington. But there is nothing that stands out to the place so it is easy to choose somewhere else. The food is fine, staff are great, but there nothing unique about the place that you'll bound to miss it.
