Twice within one week, I have been there and the customer service is atrocious. Food is average.First time I went went to have breakfast with my husband. Asked for a bottle of water and the Asian lady points to the tap water instead. Her voice is so abrupt to the point of being rude.Second time, I had to meet my Mum and sister. I didn't order anything but told them I'd wait outside. All my Mum could hear was yelling and banging coming from the staff. A waiter wanted to pass me. No manners but asked Can you move". I looked at her and then at myself. There was plenty of room. If you have access to CCTV

Below average all around.The young blonde girl looks like she hates her job. No smile. No hello. Not a word.Iced chocolate was the worse one I have had to date. Paid $17 for wedges that were very average, no salt and minimal toppings.The chiicken burger had textures of been cooked in the microwaveAfter ordering $63 dollars of food we left feeling very dissatisfied and hungry.

Beautiful food, great vibes but be prepared to bus your own table to get one. However there is notice that they are short staffed. For the great food and coffee its almost worth it.

Cheeky sparrow cafe.I highly wouldn’t recommend. But if you are one to sit and wait for an hour for food then this is you’re place to go….First of all I was utterly disgusted the customer service and how me and my family were treated. Even the food was dreadful . It was pure bland with no seasoning. All 4 of our meals were Semi warm it made no sense to why our food took just over an hour to be delivered to our tables and that’s not including us ordering at the start.The inside decor made no sense I felt like I was sitting inside a museum having people walk past looking in like I’m an object on display. If it wasn’t for the food getting bought to the tables I wouldn’t have given it a 1 star.

I got two takeaway cold drinks, one of the staff members was sitting at a table on her phone and the other served me. She was so incredibly rude, the only thing she said to me was to tell me the total cost, did not say hello or anything, just stared at me until I ordered. The drinks weren’t bad but weren’t amazing. Unfortunately the service completely ruined it for me

Arrived at 1230pm on a Tuesday and placed an order off the menu to be told by the cashier the chef is off on a break and she did not know when he was coming back. The barista was going to make the meals but after a 10 minute wait for the barista to finish the coffees we opted to cancel our order

Sadly only three stars because the coffee was undrinkable. So bitter even with 2 sugars. Definitely will not be going there again.
