Awesome service, modern interior design, classy store. Inside the North end of the Mall. Ample parking in the Mall. Went in 1st thing on a quiet Sunday morning. The tall lady staff with glasses who helpes me to refit a frame screw was really helpful, fast and knows what she is doing. She saved my day as I had no spare pair of glasses. We also booked in examinations on courteousy of Southern Cross. For all Sounterm Cross Health insurance members, you get one free eye examination every two years. My current oari was from OPSM. They also have a good range of sun glasses in stock. Wait for specials as they stock good quality brands. Give it a go, you will be impressed like I truly was. Store is very clean inside, including the display windows, overall it gives pleasant overall customer experiences.

Too easy. Great fast service by lovely staff. In one visit (first time customer) they helped me choose frames, checked my prescription with an eye test and have specced and got lenses on order.Great. Thank you.
