Rating is for Santa's Christmas Trees which runs from Nov-Dec every year. This is the place to go for real Christmas Trees! Great selection and range of prices. The wee xmas decoration shop onsite could use some higher quality ornaments but it is great stuff for kids.

Friendly and helpful staff, good Christmas decorations for a great price!

Great range of plants. A third of them turned up, packed like a yard sale. No labels attached, in split containers, plants out of containers. Won't answer the phone or respond to emails for a refund on the remaining plants. Strange way to run a business, and were recommended by one of NZ's prominent bonsai people. I would not recommend buying from them.

I ordered and paid for 50 trees using the website and have been unable to contact the nursery since despite numerous emails and phone calls over the last week

I just spent the afternoon here at a Bonsai class run by owner Pip. She was phenomenal. She took the time to explain her background and experience with not just Bonsai but also the nursery. Pip made us all feel very welcome, was super helpful, funny and all around just awesome to spend an afternoon with. I am definitely not a green thumb, I'm actually the total opposite... Not only did I walk away knowing how to keep my Bonsai alive, I also learnt how to tell if my plants aren't happy!! (Who knew plants go warm when they aren't happy?!). 12/10 would recommend!

Beautiful Christmas shop and friendly staff. However over the last two years the price of their Christmas trees seems to have gone up and the quality of the tree gone down.

We were excited to visit this place, very keen to buy the great range of conifers they have. And we did. But we were disappointed when they arrived (via courier) that they had no labels attached, despite us checking with the lady serving us that they would. So we emailed. Rang. Emailed. Rang. Nothing. They never responded to our initial polite request and certainly not to our final disgust. I just don't understand, surely this is key to their operation. It's been a while now but i am still angry about this.1 day later....Ok we purchased plants on the 19th March 2019I await your email. You have our details in your records.1 week later...This review had the desired effect. We now have names to our plants! Perhaps you could call it dirty tatics but at least we had this option. I have changed the rating to two stars.

Great people, extremely friendly service and expert advice. Big thumbs up
