The new staff/receptionist are an absolute disappointment to what was once a wonderful caring environment. Get rid of all the new staff. Bring back the people who actually treated us like humans, not numbers or diseases. These people need training.

Fabulous reception staff, i listened to them handling an irate customer, and it was exceptionally handled. Top marks for customer service

Will be leaving! Reception is disgusting!!! Bad/ negative attitude. And one of the doctors (tall skinny) just makes me feel like a waste of time coming on to check my kids out!!!

I don't know what is up with the receptionists but never have I had a pleasant experience. The first time my partner had an acc appt and the lady at the desk made a loud abrupt comment about how he looks" like the the type that won't pay even though he had full intentions. Then when I rang up asking for an appt for today if possible the lady said there was nothing available and went silent "well what exactly do you want me to do" which prompted me to say "um...how about Monday or Tuesday" yes I guess I could give you 3.15pm. The tone and the rudeness is totally unnessecary I understand it's stressful but if you can't speak to other humans in a decent manner perhaps find another job. Always rude and grumpy!"

Booked an appointment at 2:30pm, and they asked me to be here half an hour before my time but ended up waiting till 3pm so had to wait for an hour before being seen by the doctor. Such poor time management!

Easy to get an appointment and probably altogether a perfectly OK Medical Centre but if you want to get taken seriously or have anything skin related, do not see Dr. A.-R. I have never before encountered a GP that seemed so utterly devoid of empathy.I am a very healthy, fit 30 year old guy with a skin condition (Psoriasis) that is currently so blatantly obvious that I get asked about it on a daily basis. Dr. A.-R. was making me feel as if it was completely unreasonable to see a Doctor for such issues. Furthermore did he more or less only want to know what I have been treating my Psoriasis with so far. It has never been this bad so this is the first time that I really want to treat it. Hence, I do not have something to treat e.g. my scalp with. Asking for advice he started to google.... Fair enough, he is not a dermatologist. So, I asked if I can please get referred to a specialist which he declined. He blamed the system, which might be true. But still, I left his office not only feeling like I had just wasted time and money but also just a bit ridiculed. Truly, a great experience

They never see you on the time you are booked in for you get here on time and then you wait another 30 minutes to and hour to be seen

Rudest people .don't go there. Not a nice experience.reception are judgemental and Karen's on crack attitude. Mask exemption was not good enough for her.Told me I had to wear one. I refused and was spoken to like I had a disease. Wear your face nappy if you want and breath in your own waste.I chose the air and no masks DONT work its been proven over and over but NZ is way behind the facts about covid19 and the fact its 99.9 percent recoverable there's no need to go into panic mode over the flu!check out Dr peter McCullough.on rumble.
