Farmers Masterton

Huge shop. We came in just before closing time, great customer service. Really good bargains at the toys department. Scored a $35 lego set for $8. And a giant nerf gun half price. Needs to be a bigger selection of lego there but we were happy with our purchases. The lady behind the counter was very helpful despite it being close to closing time.

If you want some of the best customer service ever for menswear, ask for Tony. You'll not find a more pleasant and knowledgeable person than him.

Bra shopping is often such a trial and so I always head to Farmers Masterton in the hope that Jacqueline is working in the lingerie department. Her customer service is fabulous! She makes you feel so comfortable as well as being reassuring and kind and is always eager to find the right bra and fit for you. Five gold stars for you, Jacqueline. Thank you for your help today.

Fab service always with a smile and a great selection of items

A good size shop. Big enough that it has a good range of clothes to choose from (at least in the menswear anyway) but not so big that you don't know where to start looking. Also right now with the sales and specials they have on the prices are really very reasonable. Just watch out for the carpark under the shop because the steel posts are really awkwardly positioned and you can see evidence of lots of people having scraped their car along them.

This is at Farmers Masterton in the Woman's department. I was interested in a blazer number 8 which they did not have in store. I looked online and they also were out of stock. So I asked if they could see if there was available in other stores, a lady told me that if there was not online it would be out of stock everywhere. I went back to see on their website which the number 12 was out of stock, but they had number 12 on the store in Masterton, so I concluded that what the lady said to me was wrong. Well, I had to go to Men's Department to seek help, and a very friendly and helpful guy called and ordered the blazer for me. Two days later, the blazer arrived but in the wrong colour. Another lady ordered it again. Four days later, I had no heard back, so I called to follow up as this size almost sold out and I don't want to miss out. Another lady in a rushed way, says to me that if no one called me is because it has not arrived and that someone will call me. The Woman's Department Customer Service in Masterton can do better than that! This is was not the only time I had an experience like that with the Woman's Department.

Nice and clean in store. Went to see if my teenage daughters could find clothes for Xmas presents but there was nothing that appealed to their age range. Not sure if they don't have new shipments in or they don't cater for 11-13 yr Olds.
