Good service from the young guns today 23.04.23 can't thank you enough keep it up

I should have read the reviews before going. The rudest and most strange customer service I’ve ever received. I requested an item listed on their website and listed on their trademe profile, the customer service representative said oh no we don’t have that, we list a bunch of stuff we don’t have! I then asked for another item and he simply laughed and said the item I’m wanting to purchase was rubbish. Just crazy.Why not try…….. I’m sorry we don’t currently stock that item. Here’s an alternative I would suggest. However, if you determined to buy that product here’s some others stores to try. Is there anything else I can help with today? Have a great afternoon.I will never come again.

With great joy posting a review about the great service i have just experienced from Cycletreads.I ordered online on Saturday 2 new tyres at a great discount deal. And received a email mon to confirm they were dispatched. I live in Dunedin and received them just now at 9.30am Wednesday.Exceptional service Cycletreads, I highly recommend them!.!

Called first thing in the morning to inquire about some fork seals I looked up on their web site 48x58x8.5/10.5 was the size I gave over the phone I didn't give a part number from their web site as they showed multiple options in that size not sure of the name of the gentleman I was dealing with but it seemed like it was to much of an effort to look at the time I called he said he would call me once he had looked this is now the third time I have left my number for them to call me back ., definitely don't hold your breath if your expecting a call back !? Ifpoor service if you ask mesaid

Friendly, knowledgeable- Kevin and the team always offer great advice, value for money and down to earth/professional service.Have had my bike tyres replaced here for years and will keep on being a loyal client.Highly recommended.

Wanted to buy 4 tyres. Needed to ask a question so did online. No reply after 6 days. I then phoned 3 times over next 4 days. 3 different places put through. Workshop, upstairs and online person .no on has phoned back. Now over a week. Cycle treads is a total joke. Brought tyres elsewhere

To be honest if I could have left zero stars I would have. Simply shocking service. Bought a jacket online advertised as in stock, it wasn't. However I only found out after waiting over 10 days for it to arrive. Tried to email them twice, no response, I finally got through on the phone (second attempt due to the call wait time) after waiting on the call for 7-10 mins, to be told the jacket was not in stock and they didnt know when it would be! So why advertise something and take the money for something you don't have?I asked for a refund and have still not received it now 9 days later! Again emailed and just got the same email back showing a system generated refund, no explanation, no apology nothing.Its now been approx 4 weeks where they have had my money, no refund still.Stay well away folks cant be trusted and service is shockingly bad.

WOW so good !. needed a set of tyres for the bmw, a quick chat with Dave ( super freindly & knowledgeable) ) settled on some michelin road 6s'Quick and efficient installation from the cycle treads team .I'll be back. Thanks again
