F45 Training Napier

Great studio space and coaching. Super easy to book with when I travelled to Napier. Really appreciated it. Ngā mihi ki a koutou.

I've been to many different group fitness classes over the years and F45 Napier is by far the most supportive environment to help me achieve my goals. I appreciate the continual feedback on my form to prevent injuries and to just generally make the most of each session. Its evident as soon as you walk in that the coaches are there to help you succeed and work with you. It's a welcoming environment both from coaches and members and some great banter daily too. I would highly recommend giving F45 Napier a go to anyone whether fitness, strength or mental wellbeing is the goal.

I was travelling and didn’t want to miss out on a class from the challenge! Luckily the really energetic and lovely people in Napier welcomed me in as one of their own for a class. Both instructors were very attentive making sure I was doing everything correctly with the right posture! Can highly recommend f45 in general and especially at Napier!

F45 Napier has such a fun and welcoming vibe all the stuff are super friendly and encouraging. They always go the extra mile to support you and help out with anything you need. I normally don’t enjoy exercising but going to F45 has changed that I enjoy working out and look forward to going. They make it so easy to go, everything you need is there and the team is always happy to give advice and cheer you on! Totally recommend joining the F45 Napier team they have helped me become fitter, healthier and happier with the way I look! :)

I am a f45 member of a different studio and was lucky enough to be able to do a couple of days at the Napier studio while travelling I am Blown away at how welcoming the coaches are along with the members! As it was a little nerve racking going somewhere new that soon went away as the Coaches are super attentive and full of knowledge about form and helped me change a couple of things that made my workout a lot more effective! Thank you so much for having me guys really enjoyed my sessions with you and I am nice and sore yay! Definitely recommend this studio for anyone new or experienced F45ers you will be welcomed in and feel comfortable instantly with an amazing atmosphere created by the amazing coaches who know what they are doing!

I am a member of F45 in the Waikato but we were in holiday so I asked if I could use the Napier gym whilst I was there. I was super nervous to begin with as it’s a new place but as soon as I got there I instantly felt at ease and encouraged the whole time. I would recommend to anyone wanting to have fun, get fit and start enjoying the gym. Thanks team

Absolutely loved training with the coaches and team at F45 Napier. Learned a few new techniques and really felt the burn and benefits of an awesome training session. Thanks for having hubby Sonny and I team. Looking forward to training with ya next time were in town.

Such an awesome welcoming team! I joined for a few classes in between Christmas and NYs, and the team were lovely - no trouble having me at all. Highly recommend, and looking forward to coming back next time I’m in the Bay.
