I felt it wasn’t as professional as it should have been, got the price for 3 rooms to have new drapes, expensive.I asked for French pleats (4 pleats) was told by the saleswoman a couple of days before it was supposed to be up and finished, that it would be too thick ( hadn’t she measured to make sure it would fit - no) so told her I would go for 3 pleats. She said she would try but, it may have to be single pleated!!!!I was/am Not happy. Single pleated - yuk. I was replacing French pleated drapes - not the look I wanted at all

I got quotations from different companies. there were 8000NZD difference. VERY EXPENSIVE and OVER RATED

My kitchen blinds look great... Fantastic service . However beware... Wide venetian blinds that don't go down on their own when they have been raised to open or clean the windows... Frustrating
